Oregon Patient Safety Commission

The Oregon Patient Safety Commission (OPSC) was created by the Oregon Legislature in July 2003, as a "semi-independent state agency." OPSC’s mission is to improve patient safety by reducing the risk of serious adverse events occurring in Oregon's healthcare system and by encouraging a culture of patient safety.
